Teriyaki Sword Fish Salad
Sword fish basted in a teriyaki dressing, accompanied by a fresh green salad. Try this Japanese teriyaki sword fish salad recipe.

4 swordfish steaks
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp oil
200g Asian salad greens
2 Yaki Nori (fried then torn into small pieces)
¼ cup Obento Mirin Seasoning
¼ cup Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Soy sauce
¼ cup castor sugar
Obento Pickled Ginger (to serve)
- Place the teriyaki dressing ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over low heat and simmer for 5 mins. Cool in a large bowl, then whisk oils into dressing.
- Brush the sword fish steaks with a little marinade and BBQ on the pre-heated griddle plate for 2 mins on each side.
- Arrange the salad greens on a large serving plate.
- Arrange the steak over the salad greens and pour over the dressing. Garnish with the fried nori and pickled ginger to serve.
