Chicken wings flavoured with a sweet and sour fruity sauce. Try this Chinese recipe.
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
8 chicken wings (or 12 wingettes)
2 tbsp oil
240g (1 jar) Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 slices canned or fresh pineapple (sliced thinly)
2 spring onion (sliced thinly)
Tip: Use orange instead of pineapple for a change. Remove all the peel and the membrane from a small orange and cut flesh into slices. Once the sauce is heated through, stir in the orange and heat gently for 30 secs only. Remove from heat and serve at once.
