2 tbsp. Yeo's Salted Soy Beans
500g Pork ribs
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
Spring onion, thinly sliced to garnish
1 tbsp ginger, finely sliced
1 tbsp. Yeo's Light Soy Sauce
4 tsp. Yeo's Sesame oil
1 tbsp. Corn flour
2 tbsp. Shao Xing Chinese rice wine
2 tsp. Sugar
1. Mix marinade in a bowl and marinate pork ribs for 15 minutes.
2. Place salted soy beans, garlic over pork ribs and steam in high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Garnish and serve hot.
