Stir-Fry Beef With Veggies

A quick and easy dish for busy weeknights! Absolutely delicious and nutritious, you can also get creative and vary the vegetables used to cook this dish. It is also the perfect way to use up small portions of vegetables left in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

500g beef (stir-fry cuts)
2½ tsp oil
2 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp black peppercorns (ground)
½ tsp white pepper
1 carrot (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 bunch asparagus (cut into 6cm in length)
Additional vegetables (optional - broccolini, capsicums, etc.)
3 tsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
Spring onions curls (for garnishing)




Steps:
  1. Combine beef, garlic, ground black peppercorns and white pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 15 mins.
  2. In a wok, add 1½ tsp oil and heat over a medium-high heat. Stir fry the beef 2-3 mins until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add 1 tsp oil, carrot and asparagus to the wok and stir fry for another 1-2 mins. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Return the beef to the wok and stir to mix well.
  4. Garnish with spring onion curls and serve hot.
