Stir-fry Beef with Instant Noodles


Stir-fry beef with instant noodles recipe is an ideal choice for either a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

300g skirt steak (thinly sliced0
4 cakes instant noodles
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp ginger (minced)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 Jade Phoenix Dried Chinese Mushrooms, (soaked in warm water for 5 minus, then sliced)
½ bunch Chinese chives, (cut into 8cm pieces)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce

Marinade

1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Double Phoenix Shao Xing Chinese Wine




Steps:
  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate beef for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, place noodles in a deep bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 2-3 mins until separated. Drain; set aside.
  3. Heat oil. Add garlic, ginger and onion; stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add beef; stir-fry for 3 mins. Add noodles, mushrooms, chives, soy and oyster sauces. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Serve immediately.
