Ingredients:

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp potato flour
1 tbsp water
2 cups vegetable oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger (grated)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 red chilli (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Double Phoenix Chinese Cooking Wine
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 onion (thinly sliced)
¼ cup spring onion (sliced)
1 tbsp sesame oil




Steps:
  1. Combine the beef with the marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok to 180°C and fry the sliced beef for 1 min, remove and drain.
  3. Remove all but two tbsp of the oil from the wok and stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 secs. Add the chillies and cumin, and cook for 30 secs. Add the onions and stir fry for 1 min.
  4. Add the beef and toss well, then combine in the spring onions, sesame oil and serve.
