500g chicken breast fillets (thinly sliced)
1 onion (cut into wedges)
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sugar
¼ cup coconut milk
1 spring onion (cut into 2cm lengths)
1 red chilli (julienned)
Tips: Green prawns can be used in place of chicken.
