200g Green prawn meat, roughly chopped
350 gms Cooked Rice
4 Lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1/2 red chili , chopped
1 ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Saute garlic and red chilli in oil. Add prawn meat, Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce and stir-fry until prawn meat is cooked.
