Stir-fried Lettuce and Bean Sprouts
A healthy, wholesome meal with stir-fried lettuce and bean sprouts. This mouth-watering Chinese stir fry leafy dish is simple, delicious and quick and easy to make.

2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ red chilli (thinly sliced)
1 stalks spring onions (chopped)
1 crisp lettuce
2 cups bean Sprouts
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Yeo's Sesame Oil
- Wash and cut the lettuce into 4 cm squares and dry well. Wash and drain the bean sprouts and dry well.
- Heat a wok and add the oil, then when hot add in the chilli and spring onion.
- Toss in the lettuce and bean sprouts and cook until they begin to wilt.
- Add in the oyster sauce to the stir-fried lettuce. Add sesame oil, tossing well. Season and serve.
