Stir-fried Lettuce and Bean Sprouts Recipe


A healthy, wholesome meal with stir-fried lettuce and bean sprouts. This mouth-watering Chinese stir fry leafy dish is simple, delicious and quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ red chilli (thinly sliced)
1 stalks spring onions (chopped)
1 crisp lettuce
2 cups bean Sprouts
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Yeo's Sesame Oil




Steps:
  1. Wash and cut the lettuce into 4 cm squares and dry well. Wash and drain the bean sprouts and dry well.
  2. Heat a wok and add the oil, then when hot add in the chilli and spring onion.
  3. Toss in the lettuce and bean sprouts and cook until they begin to wilt.
  4. Add in the oyster sauce to the stir-fried lettuce. Add sesame oil, tossing well. Season and serve.
