Stir fried fish with oyster sauce


This healthy yet delicious stir-fried fish, flavoured with oyster sauce and garnished with tri-coloured vegetables, is so simple to prepare and cook! Serve with rice or noodles.

Ingredients:

500g firm fish fillets (cut into pieces)
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp minced ginger
½ red capsicum (cut into strips)
200g snow peas
1 tsp corn flour
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp water




Steps:
  1. Heat a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and cook fish until golden brown, for 5-6 mins. Remove fish and set aside.
  2. Add ginger, capsicum and snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 mins.
  3. Combine cornflour with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and water. Add to pan and cook for 2-3 mins. Add fish and cook, until heated through. Serve at once.
