Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots with Pork


Crunchy, and mild-flavoured bamboo shoots stir-fried with pork! This authentic Thairecipe is both easy and quick to prepare. Invite your friends for a delicious treat!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Valcom Basil Stir Fry Paste
400g pork fillet (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
450g Valcom Bamboo Shoot Slices
2 sprigs spring onion (sliced)
ground pepper (to taste)




Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir-fry the paste until fragrant.
  2. Add pork and stir-fry over high heat until meat is cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar, pepper and bamboo shoots; stir-fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add spring onion and remove from heat. Serve with rice or noodles and vegetables.
