Steamed Peking Duck Rolls

300g Peking duck (sliced)
2 stalks spring onion (sliced)
⅓ cup coriander leaves (chopped)
4 fresh rice noodle rolls (room temperature)
4 tbsp oyster sauce
- Combine the Peking duck slices, spring onions and coriander. Trim rice rolls to form even rectangle shape.
- Divide the filling among the rolls and carefully roll up.
- Steam rolls for 5 mins.
- Cut into halves and drizzle oyster sauce.
