Steamed Peking Duck Rolls

The classic Peking Duck is definitely an Australian favourite. Learn how to prepare it with a twist, with these delicious Chinese steamed rolls!

Ingredients:

300g Peking duck (sliced)
2 stalks spring onion (sliced)
⅓ cup coriander leaves (chopped)
4 fresh rice noodle rolls (room temperature)
4 tbsp oyster sauce




Steps:
  1. Combine the Peking duck slices, spring onions and coriander. Trim rice rolls to form even rectangle shape.
  2. Divide the filling among the rolls and carefully roll up.
  3. Steam rolls for 5 mins.
  4. Cut into halves and drizzle oyster sauce.
