Ingredients:

4 eggs (beaten)
12 31/40 Hanabi Black Tiger Prawns
400ml Swanson Chicken Broth
2 tbsp spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce




Steps:
  1. Whisk the chicken broth and the beaten eggs together in a bowl. Pour into 4 small heat-proof bowls and steam for 6 mins.
  2. Add in prawn meat and steam for another 4 mins.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions and XO sauce. Serve.
