Spicy Stir Fry Basil with Chicken and Green Beans


A scrumptious quick and easy-to-cook stir fry. This spicy dish consisting of basil with chicken and green beans, will leave you wanting for more! Try this thai recipe.

Ingredients:

500g chicken breast (cut into strips)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
100g green bean (cut into 2 cm lengths)
50g mushroom (halved)
¼ cups Valcom Bamboo Shoot Slices
1 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
1 palm sugar
4 tbsp Valcom Thai Spicy Basil and Garlic Stir Fry Paste (Pad Kaprow)
1 cup basil leaves
1 red chilli (sliced)




Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat, add chicken meat. Stir-fry for 3-5 mins, or until chicken is no longer translucent inside.
  2. Add green bean, mushroom and bamboo shoots. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Add fish sauce, palm sugar and Valcom Thai Spicy Basil and Garlic Stir Fry Paste.
  3. Stir in basil leaves and chilli into the meat and vegetable mixture. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve hot with steamed Thai Moon Jasmine Rice.
