Spicy Stir-fried Pork Recipe


Spicy stir-fried pork recipe with Thai flavours is the best recipe if you want to relish a lip-smacking dish in a few minutes

Ingredients:

500g pork fillet (thinly sliced)
100g green beans (cut into 3cm lengths)
4-5 tbsp Valcom Red Curry Paste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water or chicken stock
2 tbsp Valcom Kaffir Lime Leaves
red chilli for garnish (optional)




Steps:
  1. Blanch green beans and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry red curry paste with oil over low heat until fragrant. Add the meat and stir-fry over high heat until cooked.
  3. Add water, fish sauce and sugar.
  4. Combine green beans and kaffir lime leaves, mix well and sprinkle red chilli before removing from heat. Serve with rice.
