Thai Spicy Basil Fish Recipe - Pla Pad Kaprow


Crispy fillets of fish topped with a spicy basil sauce and vegetables. This recipe is a sure shot hit as an appetizer.

Ingredients:

500g firm white fish (cut into large bite size pieces)
3-4 tbsp flour (to coat fish)
1 jar Valcom Thai Spicy Basil and Garlic Stir-Fry Paste
2 tbsp oil

Seasoning sauce mix

2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp fish sauce
1 tsp seasoning sauce
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp water




Steps:
  1. Thinly coat the fish with flour and shallow fry in oil until a little brown. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry Thai Spicy Basil & Garlic Paste over low heat for 1 min.
  3. Add the fish and seasoning sauce, stir through to mix well before removing from heat. Serve with rice.
