A simple, light and easy meal for your busy mornings or weeknight, this Spicy Basil Chicken with Thai Omelet is a flavour burst of aromatic basil and spicy Thai condiments.
300g chicken breast fillet, coarsely chopped
1 jar Valcom Spicy Basil & Garlic Stir-Fry Paste
1 tbsp oil
Seasoning sauce mix
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp Squid fish sauce
2 tsp seasoning sauce
1 tsp sugar
1. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the Spicy Basil & Garlic Paste over low heat until fragrant.
2. Turn up to medium heat, add the meat and mix well. Add the seasoning sauce mix and stir through until well cooked. Remove from heat.
Serve with jasmine Spicy Basil Chicken with Thai Omelet (Pad Kaprow Gai Kai Jeaw) rice and Thai Omelet.
