Spicy Basil Chicken Stir-fry

With its tangy and spicy taste, this dish is one of the most common and popular in daily consumption because of being a quick and easy meal, normally served with fried egg or Thai omelet.

Ingredients:

500g chicken fillet (minced)
1 jar Valcom Thai Spicy Basil Garlic Stir-fry Paste
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 cup holy basil (optional)




Steps:
  1. Brown the meat first until cooked. Set aside
  2. Stir-fry the paste in heated oil over medium heat until fragrant, combine the chicken meat and stir through, adding water
  3. Add fish sauce and sugar, raise up the heat, stir well. Add fresh basil before removing from heat.
  4. Your Spicy Basil Chicken stir-fry is ready.
