Stir-fry Seafood Noodle
Seafood Noodle Stir-fry recipe


Flavoured with the unique and distinct tang of wasabi, this Japanese-inspired, Seafood Noodle stir-fry can be created by using any combination of seafood. Try this Japanese Recipe!

Ingredients:

400g mix seafood
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tsp S&B Wasabi Paste
2 tsp lemons (zested and juiced)
1 red chilli
½ cup parsley
¼ cup Sake or white wine
1 pkt S&B Miso Instant Soup
400g Hakubaku Udon Noodles (prepared as packet instructions)
Japanese chilli pepper seasoning (to garnish)
lemon wedges (to serve)




Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and saute garlic and seafood for 2 mins.
  2. Stir through the wasabi, lemon zest and juice, chilli, parsley, sake and miso soup mix. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Toss through tossed noodles and heat through.
  4. Serve hot garnished with Japanese chilli pepper seasoning and wedges of lemon.

Notes: A mixture of fish and seafood is delicious in this dish.
