2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tsp S&B Wasabi Paste
2 tsp lemons (zested and juiced)
1 red chilli
½ cup parsley
¼ cup Sake or white wine
1 pkt S&B Miso Instant Soup
400g Hakubaku Udon Noodles (prepared as packet instructions)
Japanese chilli pepper seasoning (to garnish)
lemon wedges (to serve)
