Ingredients:

1kg pork belly (chopped into 5-6cm pieces)
1 pkt Bakuteh (herbs and spices)
50g shiitake mushrooms whole (soak to soften)
10g dried black moss
2 cloves garlic (skin removed)
2lt water
1 Chinese lettuce or pak choy

Seasoning mix

2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Chinese rock sugar
salt (optional for taste)




Steps:
  1. Bring water to the boil in a pot. Add pork belly, bakuteh mix, mushrooms and garlic. Simmer mixture till meat is tender.
  2. Add seasoning mix and seaweed. Remove from heat.
  3. Serve meat mixture with lettuce or pak choy.
