Ponzu Stir Fried Pork and Vegetables


For one of the lightest yet most robust stir fried dishes look no further - the ponzu sauce presents the mouth-watering pork over the bed of vegetables and gives off a fantastic aroma.

Ingredients:

400g pork scotch fillet
150g garlic chives
80g carrot (Julienned)
200g bean sprouts (or other small, crunchy vegetables)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
80-100ml Obento Ponzu Sauce




Steps:
  1. Partially freeze pork scotch fillet. Cut pork into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cut garlic chives and julienne carrot to 3-4cm length. Set aside
  3. Heat wok over high heat. Add sesame oil and stir-fry pork scotch fillet slices to almost cooked, add cut vegetables, bean sprouts and Obento Ponzu sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
