Pan Fried Tom Yum Pork Recipe


A tasty Pan-fried pork prepared in Tom Yum style. This Thai dish is best served with salad, rice or potatoes. Try this Thai Dish.

Ingredients:

50g pork loin (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Valcom Tom Yum Paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (finely diced)
2 tbsp Valcom Lemongrass
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp Poonsin Fish Sauce
¼ cup fresh coriander (finely chopped)




Steps:
  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate pork for at least 30 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pan fry marinated pork 2-3 mins, turning once.
  3. Serve with green salad, steamed rice or potatoes.
