To Cook

1. Combine all ingredients and marinate pork for at least 30 mins.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pan-fry marinated pork 2-3 mins, turning once. Transfer to serving plate and garnish with coriander and chillies.
3. Serve with green salad, steamed rice or potatoes.
