Pan-fried King Prawns
Pan-fried Prawns in Seasoned Soy


Pan-fried king prawns served with a Thai-inspired dipping sauce

Ingredients:

10 26/30 Hanabi Black Tiger Prawns (tails on)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cornflour

Dipping sauce

1 tbsp Squid Fish Sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
200ml Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce
200ml hot water
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic




Steps:
  1. Toss the prawns in the corn flour.
  2. Pan-fry the prawns in a pan with vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.
  3. Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle pinch of salt on top of the prawns and serve with the dipping sauce.
