Ingredients:

300g pork loin (sliced)
150ml sweet chilli sauce
1 red capsicum (julienned)
1 yellow capsicum (julienned)
1 cucumber (julienned)
coriander (to garnish)

Marinade

3 tbsp Yeo's Sesame Oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp honey




Steps:
  1. Marinate pork slices and set aside for 30 mins.
  2. Spread the sweet chilli sauce in the centre of each pork slice.
  3. Wrap mixed vegetables with the pork slice.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  5. Grill wraps for 10 mins and serve hot.

Tip: For an extra hot bite, use Hot Chilli Sauce
