Mini Fish Cakes


Serve with sweet chilli sauce for dipping, or wrap in warm pita bread with shredded lettuce and cucumber for a snack or light meal. Try this Thai recipe.

Ingredients:

500g fish fillets
1-2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1-2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Garlic Chilli Sauce
4 spring onion (sliced)
2 tbsp oil
1 egg (beaten lightly)
sliced chillies and coriander (for garnish)




Steps:
  1. Using a food processor, process fish, oyster sauce, chilli garlic sauce, spring onion and egg until well-combined.
  2. Using hands, form into small patties, about 4cm in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan and cook patties until golden brown and cooked through, 2-3 mins each side.
