Marinated Pork Steaks
Perfectly Marinated Pork Steaks


Achieve perfectly-marinated pork steaks at home by following this simple chinese recipe

Ingredients:

4 lean pork loins (sliced)
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp honey
chive leaves (to garnish)




Steps:
  1. Combine hoisin sauce, char siu sauce, sesame oil and honey into a bowl. Add pork and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 15 mins.
  2. Heat up the pan with peanut oil and cook pork loins until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, you can cook on a hot barbeque or grill, basting with the remaining marinade. Garnish with chive leaves before serving.
