Mango and Coconut Mousse Recipe is a perfect finale to your meal. The sublime flavours of mango and the creamy coconut makes this dessert irresistible. Make it ahead of serving time for neighborhood barbecues and summer parties.

Ingredients:

1 can UFC Mango Slices (pureed, reserve 2 slices for garnish)
400ml Chaokoh Coconut Cream
1½ tbsp Gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water
1 juice of lemon
⅓ cup castor sugar
sprigs of mint (for garnish)




Steps:
  1. Combine mango, coconut cream, gelatine, sugar and lemon juice to taste.
  2. Place in a food processor and whizz to aerate mixture.
  3. Pour into presentation dish. Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs or until set.
  4. Garnish top of mousse with mango slices and mint.
