Luncheon Meat Banh Mi (Bread Roll)

This popular healthy salad roll in Vietnam, also known as Banh Mi is made of Ma Ling Luncheon meat. Enjoy the mixture of pickles, lettuce and luncheon meat!

Ingredients:

4 vietnamese bread rolls
½ stalk celery (julienned)
¼ cup carrot (grated or julienned)
½ small cucumber (grated or julienned)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 hot red chilli (sliced thinly)
8 slices Ma Ling Luncheon Meat
coriander (for garnish)
margarine (for spreading)




Steps:
  1. Butter roll with margarine.
  2. Grill luncheon meat for 5 minutes and layer meat in roll.
  3. Add layers of celery, carrots, cucumber, chilli and mayonnaise.
  4. Garnish with coriander.
