1 jar Lingham's Laksa Paste
1 tbsp Yeo's Sesame Oil
200g green prawns (peeled and deveined)
150g squid rings
50g gluten-free fried bean curd puffs (sliced)
2 tomatoes (quartered)
5 Thai basil sprigs
1 can or 400ml of coconut cream
Tip: Add 1 tsp of Yeo’s Sambal Oeleck and lime slices for a spicier meal.
