Steamed fish cakes flavoured with a laksa paste - the Laksa Otah is perfect and makes for a healthy and warming dish on a cold day! Try this south east asian recipe!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp laksa paste
500g fish fillet
1 tbsp rice flour
20g dried shrimp (minced)
1 shallot (minced)
1 egg
banana leaf (to garnish)
spring onion (to garnish)




Steps:
  1. Blend fish fillet into a paste-like texture.
  2. Add the laksa paste, rice flour, dried shrimp, shallots, egg and mix well.
  3. Place fish mixture into a glass tray and steam for 20 mins.
  4. Garnish and serve hot.
