Ingredients:

450g large or jumbo prawns (deshelled and deveined, leave tail on)

For the marinade:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic (or more to taste)
½ of a fresh lemon (about 1-½ tbsp juice)

¼ tsp salt and pepper (or to taste)
Spring onions or chives (finely chopped for garnishing)

Steps:
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water while preparing the prawns. Rinse the prawns and drain. Thread the prawns on to the skewers.
