To Cook

1. Soak noodles in boiling water until soft.
2. Place fried dace in a bowl. Cover and microwave until warm.
3. Heat oil in wok, add garlic and fry vegetables until cooked.
4. Place noodles on a plate, top with dace and arrange vegetables around dace.
