Fish Curry with Dill
Thai fish curry with dill recipe


The flavour of fish is wonderfully well combined with fragrance of dill leaves. Fish Curry with dill is a healthy meal with quick and easy cooking steps.

Ingredients:

500g firm white fish
½ jar Valcom Red Curry Paste
4 tomatoes
1 cup dill (cut 5-6cm length)
1 sprig coriander (cut into 2-3 parts)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups water




Steps:
  1. Cut the fish at 2cm thick.
  2. Cut tomatoes into quarter segment.
  3. Bring the water to the boil over high heat, mix the curry paste and stir well. Return to the boils, place the fish 2-3 pieces a time to keep boiling, do not stir, until the fish is well cooked.
  4. Combine tomato and dill, stir well until cooked, adding fish sauce, salt and coriander before removing from heat. Enjoy with a bowl of steamed rice.
