5 slices ginger
5 stalks spring onions (sectioned)
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Double Phoenix Chinese Cooking Wine
2 star anise
1 cinnamon sticks
- Tie the pork squares with cotton strings into cross shape. Cook pork, ginger and spring onions in boiling water for 30 mins. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Saute pork in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 2 hrs until tender.
