Daeji bulgogi is a super simple and super easy recipe. Try this on a lazy afternoon, it will hardly take any time to be made, but the taste is sure to last forever.
500g pork belly or pork neck (sliced)
2-3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
1 tsp ginger (finely minced)
2 green onions (chopped)
2-3 tbsp kochujang (Korean chilli paste)
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp kochugaru (Korean chilli powder)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cooking sake
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp ground black pepper
N.B. If using sliced pork neck it’s best to marinate the meat for at least 12 hrs in the fridge.
