A quick and simple dish to add a touch of "Oriental" to your stir-fry vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 large white onion (cut into eight)
2 stalks celery (diagonally sliced)
2 medium carrots (thinly sliced)
1 head broccoli (cut into florets)
2 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin or Oyster Sauce
½ cup Swanson Chicken Broth




Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry vegetables together for about 5 mins until cooked but still crisp.
  2. Mix Hoisin or oyster sauce, chicken broth and corn flour together and pour into the pan.
  3. Cook on high heat until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve immediately.
