Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce - a typical dish at Chinese yum cha restaurants
1 bunch Chinese broccoli (gai lan), washe and cut in half lengthways
1 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Yeo's Sesame Oil
1 Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and blanch Chinese broccoli for 2 minutes or until tender.
2 Add sesame oil to water and drain well
3 Arrange gai lan on a serving plate; drizzle with oyster sauce and serve as an accompaniment to other dishes.
