Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) with Oyster Sauce
Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce - a typical dish at Chinese yum cha restaurants
1 bunch gai lan (Chinese broccoli) (washed and cut in half lengthways)
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Yeo's Sesame Oil
- Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and blanch Chinese broccoli for 2 mins or until tender.
- Add sesame oil to water and drain well.
- Arrange gai lan on a serving plate; drizzle with oyster sauce and serve as an accompaniment to other dishes.
