Chilli Garlic Prawns with Bok Choy
A simple dish to make, this recipe consists of stir-frying prawns and pak choy together.
Total time: 15mins - 30mins
10 green prawns, (deveined and shelled; leave tail intact)
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
1 bunch bok choy
2 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
spring onion (to garnish)
- Blanch bok choy in boiling water with 1 tsp oil. Drain and refresh under cold water.
- Heat remaining oil in a wok, stir-fry prawns for 3 mins and add chilli garlic sauce and sugar.
- Add bok choy and toss.
- Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with spring onion.
