Chicken Honey Soy and Chilli Stir Fry with Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
1 red chilli (de-seeded and thinly sliced)
1 clove garlic (finely sliced)
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp sesame oil
4 spring onions (sliced diagonally)
1 red capsicum (cut into diamonds)
100g snow peas (sliced)
½ cup Lee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Essentials Oriental Honey & Soy
¼ cup chicken stock
1 lime (juiced and zested)
200g fresh Hokkien noodles
lime wedges (to serve)




Steps:
  1. In a bowl combine chicken breasts, red chilli, garlic and oil; mix well.
  2. Heat a wok over medium heat; add chicken mixture and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add spring onions, capsicum and snow peas and stir-fry for 2 mins.
  4. Make a well in the centre of the wok and stir in Oriental Honey & Soy, chicken stock, lime juice and lime zest, stir until sauce bubbles.
  5. Add Hokkien noodles and toss well, continue to stir-fry for 2 mins.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
