Cantonese Stir-Fry Chicken


A simple stir-fry dish with chicken and vegetables. Serve with rice or noodles for a delicious, quick meal. Try this Chinese recipe.

Ingredients:

150g broccoli or broccolini florets
½ Carrot, sliced thinly
1 tbsp oil
500g chicken fillets (sliced)
1 pkt 120g Lee Kum Kee Sauce Ready Sauce for Cantonese Chicken




Steps:
  1. Place vegetables in a microwave oven-proof dish, cover with boiling water and cook in a microwave oven on high for 2-3 mins. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan over high heat, add chicken and stir-fry until cooked through for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add vegetables and sauce to pan and stir-fry until sauce thickens for 1-2 mins.

Tip: Cut chicken into thin strips for quicker cooking, or slices for interest and variety.
