Ingredients:

600g pork fillet (sliced into medallions)
1 tbsp oil
1 onion (sliced into fine wedges)
200g mixed mushrooms
½ cup Lee Kum Kee Stir-Fry Essentials Cantonese Soy & Garlic
3 tbsp chicken stock
½ bunch garlic chives (cut into 2 cm lengths)
200g thin egg noodles (soaked to soften and drained)
small fresh basil leaves (to garnish)




Steps:
  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add onion and pork medallions and brown well for 3-4 mins. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add mushrooms to the wok and stir for 2 mins.
  3. Pour Cantonese soy & garlic and chicken stock, and stir for 1 min.
  4. Return the pork and onions to wok along with noodles and garlic chives.
  5. Stir-fry for 2 -3 mins or until all ingredients are well coated and heated through.
