To Cook

1. Rub salt into chicken wing pieces and set aside for 15 mins. The, shallow fry until light golden brown or half done. Remove from frying pan.
2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add sweet soy sauce and water. Bring to boil.
3. Add chicken wings, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and cook until sauce is condensed and thick. Add salt to taste. Add black pepper and sesame oil.
4. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Serve.
