To Cook

1. Heat oil in a wok or fry pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and capsicum and stir-fry for 2 mins. Using a slotted spoon, remove from heat (leave oil).
2. Add chicken and sauce to pan and stir-fry until cooked, for about 4 mins.
3. Return vegetables to pan and stir-fry for 1-2 mins. Serve hot.
