2 skinless chicken fillets (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
2 capsicums (seeds removed and cut into strips)
1 pkt 50g Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Bean Chicken
Tip: Spice as you like. Tone down this spicy dish to suit children by adding a little water to the pan when adding the sauce.
