Rice Noodles with Beef and Chinese Broccoli

This Beef Broccoli is a popular Asian recipe. Made with the delightful combination of beef and Chinese broccoli stir-fried in oyster sauce, this dish is great with the rice noodles.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
300g fresh rice noodles (cut into 2cm strips and separated)
500g rump steak (sliced thinly)
1 onion (sliced)
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
400g Chinese broccoli (cut into 3cm lengths)
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp red chilli (sliced)
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
lemon wedges (to serve)




Steps:
  1. Heat the wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil and cook the beef in batches for 3 mins each, or until browned. Set aside.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining oil and garlic and cook for 30 secs, add onion and cook until transparent.
  3. Add noodles, chilli, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry for 2 mins. Return beef to the wok and add broccoli. Cook until broccoli wilts and the noodles are soft.
  4. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
