Ingredients:

75g Soaked white fungus
75g Soaked black fungus
20g Saoked bamboo pith
75g Asparagus
40g Carrot
40g Baby Corn
40g Mushrooms - Shiitake
Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
250ml Water
Sauce mix
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2.5 tsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Chicken Powder
1/2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
250ml Water




Steps:

1 Stir fry white fungus, black fungus, bamboo pith, asparagus, sliced carrot, baby corn and shiitake mushrooms in 1 tbsp oil. Add seasoning mix and stew until liquid absorbed. Put on a serving plate.
2 Boil sauce mix, add in 1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and pour over vegetables.
