Ingredients:

75g white fungus (soaked)
75g black fungus (soaked)
20g bamboo pith (soaked)
75g asparagus
40g carrot
40g baby corn
40g shiitake mushrooms

Seasoning mix

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
250ml Water

Sauce mix

1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2½ tsp cornflour
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Chicken Powder
½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
250ml water




Steps:
  1. Stir fry white fungus, black fungus, bamboo pith, asparagus, sliced carrot, baby corn and shiitake mushrooms in oil. Add seasoning mix and stew until liquid absorbed. Put on a serving plate.
  2. Boil sauce mix, add in Sesame Oil and pour over vegetables.
