Doenjang is a traditional Korean paste comprising of fermented soybeans, ground into a paste. To make Doenjang, the soybeans paste is placed in large clay jars and left to ferment outdoors. It has been a part of the Korean diet for years because of its health benefits. Doenjang is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
