Choose your food properly

Natural exfoliating scrub

Soak almonds in coconut milk and grind it to a rough paste. Use this mixture as a natural exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin. Scrub gently in clockwise and anti-clockwise on your face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash. You’ll have a radiant skin that is soft and supple. Repeat this 3-4 times a week.

Remove tan naturally

It is but natural for the skin to tan during summer. The skin increases melanin when exposed to the sun which makes it darker by protecting the inner layers of the skin. To remove tan naturally, apply a mixture of honey and lemon juice/orange juice/tomato juice in equal quantities, apply it on the face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it. Repeat this process for 2-3 times a week and you’ll see that your tan will reduce gradually.

Avoid bad odour

It is natural for your hands and feet to stink during summer, which can be uncomfortable for others. Soak your feet and hands in warm water and add salt/essential oils to it. This will remove the odour from your feet keeping it fresh.
