1. 1 can UFC Mango in Syrup
2. 1 Banana, peeled and sliced
3. 200g Low fat plain or Vanilla Yoghurt
4. 2 cups Low fat milk
5. 1 cup Ice Cubes
1. Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
4. Decorate with a slice of mango.
